My name is Daniela Solis, and my culinary journey spans nearly a decade of diverse experiences. I’ve worked in restaurant kitchens, corporate dining, and owned my own café, all of which shaped my approach to cooking. I honed my skills at culinary school in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I deepened my understanding of technique and flavor. However, my earliest connection to food began during childhood, on family hunting trips to Mexico with my great-grandfather. Those experiences instilled in me an appreciation for tradition, resourcefulness, and the beauty of simple, honest ingredients.

In 2023, I made Nashville, Tennessee my home, and it’s here that my love for private dining truly flourished. Wild Honey was created to offer intimate, personalized dining experiences that highlight the beauty of local, seasonal ingredients. For me, cooking is about letting the ingredients shine, maintaning curiosity and celebrating the wild and the sweet in every dish.
